Kevin serves as the President/CEO of Crisis Response Care. He recently retired as  the Territorial Disaster Services Coordinator for The Salvation Army in the U.S.A. Central Territory after 30 years of service.  He is also president and founder of the Institute for Compassionate Care and master coach with RESET Life Coaching, which are dedicated to consultation, education and direct care. Kevin is  the  State chaplain with the Illinois Fraternal Order of Police, serves as faculty for the International Critical Incident Stress Foundation, and was an adjunct professor at Olivet Nazarene University. He has extensive training and experience in crisis response, disasters, chaplaincy, pastoral ministries, marriage and family therapy, and social services. As an author and speaker, Kevin teaches broadly on the aforementioned topics. He is author or co-author of: The First 48 Hours: Spiritual Caregivers as First Responders; CISM: Grief Following Trauma; CISM: Emotional and Spiritual Care in Disasters; CISM: Spiritual and Psychological First Aid,;  CISM: Understanding Suicide: Effective Tools for Prevention, Intervention and Survivor Support; and Stress, Compassion Fatigue and Resilience.  His latest book Hope and Healing for Grief is a part of the AACC workbook series. 

Dr. Bart J. Leger is from Lake Charles, Louisiana where he pastors Faith Bible Church. He holds doctorate degrees in counseling and theology. As a certified ICISF instructor, he has trained hundreds of chaplains and first responders across the US. He is currently a chaplain for the FBI. Fellow, American Academy of Experts in Traumatic Stress in collaboration with the National Center for Crisis Management. Founder, The Stress Care Doc, LLC, 2012 – Present. Co-Founder, CORE4, LLC.
